Are you feeling stuck in a loop that isn't serving you?
  • Have you made changes in your life and still found yourself falling into the same patterns and feeling the same way?
  • Do you feel tired of constantly trying to improve yourself, only to fail again and again?
  • Are you anxiously preoccupied with thoughts about food or your body?
  • Do you feel like you're doing more than ever and can't manage to look and feel the way you should?
I'm a specialist in fundimental change. Because I help you find exactly what's at the very root of dynamic or relationship you're trying to change. At the core, I help you to relate to yourself differently and therefore how you relate to everything else. Not because I have super powers but becuase it's hard to read the label from the outside, and my perspective can help you see yourself in a way that you can't when youre in-it.
Plus, If you're a woman from the age of 35 up, you'll have the added complexity of perimenopause. And thats the intersection of my expertise.
Radical Self-Acceptance Will Redefine What Success Means for You
Many women carry the belief that they're broken. When worthiness is in question, it blocks you from being yourself, taking up space, knowing what you want, honouring your feelings, and letting go of self-imposed rules.
The journey to self is about coming home from self-abandonment — the wound of believing you needed to change to be loved. Therapy helps you break old patterns and heal your relationship with yourself.
A Personalised, Lived-Experience Approach
Having personally recovered from eating disorders, addiction, body dysmorphia, and self-abandonment, I'd tested every tool in psychology and nutritional therapy to rid myself of a perception and mindset that wasn't serving me. Since then I've been putting them into practice with my clients, now these tools are helping others with the same approach.

I know there's no one-size-fits-all path to lasting recovery, so I meet my clients where they're at, exploring why cycles persist and what it takes to break them.
As a Nutritional Therapist and Integrative Therapist, I use psychotherapy, trauma work, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems, alongside nutrition, hormones, and gut health to heal both body and mind.

The Approach: Healing Underlying Issues, One Step at a Time
Relentless self-discipline often stems from the belief that you aren't good enough to deserve love. To change that, we identify your unconscious scripts, rewrite them, and practise new ones until old cycles break.
I meet people where they're at — some need occasional sessions, others prefer regular support. There's no fixed package or duration. We go at your pace. Book a free call and I'll suggest a way forward, but the decision is always yours.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during a session?
We clarify your goals, explore where you're stuck, and work together on meaningful change. Sessions are confidential, giving you safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. You'll leave your sessions with tools and tasks so that you can work to do-the-work beyond therapy
How long will I need to work with you?
It varies. Focused concerns may resolve in 1–3 months; broader work can take 6–18 months. The aim is to reduce your dependency on sessions as soon as possible.
Where do we begin?
Through questions and exercises, we explore the beliefs driving your habits and identify the most effective path to your goals — the root often surfaces faster than you'd expect. As we pull on a thread, more arrive but we let what comes up, guide the way.
